The location was perfect for exploring the city! It was close to many restaurants and a shopping center, making it easy to find something to eat or shop for necessities. the security personnel were very helpful and always available. the room was comfortable and had everything needed for a weekend stay, including a tea kettle and microwave.
The towels provided in the bathroom were quite small and not as absorbent as I would have hoped. I was asked to sign a document stating that certain items were in the room, but some of them were missing, making it a bit inconvenient.

We enjoyed the great location of the hotel, as it was surrounded by various restaurants and a large shopping center , made everything easily accessible. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially the receptionist, who even upgraded our room for free and assisted us with parking in the garage. The rooms werenice and neat, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The receptionist at Qaser Al-Sultan Hotel Suites was helpful and friendly. He were great too make sure my stay was comfortable, even offering me a free upgrade to a large suite. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the city center and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room itself was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great as it was close to different types of good restaurants and a big shopping center. The security people were very helpful and the hotel felt safe. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed.
The bathroom was not up to standard as the water pressure was low and the hot and cold water system was not working properly. The shower was not enjoyable due to these issues.
